What does “your own AI” mean?
A private AI workspace for your organisation, on a tool you already have or qualify for, holding your approved documents, with assistants for your real tasks. It runs in your accounts and stays yours. We don’t build a new AI model; we make the good ones work safely for you.
Do we need technical staff?
No. You need a project lead with two or three hours a week during the Starter, and admin access to the tool we set up.
Which AI tools do you use?
Usually the one you already have or qualify for, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, Google Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude. Several have free or discounted plans for nonprofits.
What does it cost?
The Starter has a fixed price, agreed upfront before we start, with a reduced rate for registered nonprofits. Agents and custom work get a written fixed quote: one task per agent, a fixed quote within two working days. How our pricing works
Is our data safe?
Before we set anything up, we check what the tool does with your data, switch on the right controls and agree clear rules on what must never go into AI. Every agent we build comes with a full data-protection pack.
Do you only work with nonprofits?
No. We work with nonprofits and purpose-led organisations of about 10 to 250 people. Registered nonprofits get a reduced rate.
Does this help with the EU AI Act?
It helps with one duty in particular. In the EU, organisations that use AI must take measures to build their staff’s AI literacy; no set level or certificate is required. The Starter includes staff training and a record of who was trained. It is not legal advice or a certification.
